I have gathered over 30 + years of keen listening skills, much life experience and professional art/expertise. I assist clients as they focus on areas in their lives that need to change in order to relieve emotional pain and/or create paths to health, happiness or better quality of life. I believe growth is always possible with support, active participation and understanding. I try to hold a safe, sacred space for them. I focus on relationship issues, behavioral change and family dynamics in my work with adults, adolescents, children and couples. My clinical specialties include treatment of Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Life Transitions and Family Dysfunction. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and hold a Limited License Psychologist (LLP) license to practice in Michigan. I have training in Yoga, Bioenergetics, Family Therapy, Divorce Care, and Equine Assisted Therapy. Currently I own and manage Hold Your Horses LLC. farm at my home where I conduct empowerment groups and individual sessions using equine assisted therapy techniques. In the past I have worked in a hospital setting doing family therapy, a children’s center doing psychological testing and a residential treatment center as a child care staff with teenage girls.
