Since my term of service in the United States Army, I was driven into an immense state of depression, hyper vigilance, PTSD and substance abuse. Since then I have personally seen the therapeutic value and benefit both physically and spiritually from applying the 8 limb path of yoga in my own recovery from addiction over the years and how it could be a vehicle to help others who suffer as I once was. Yoga balanced with a 12 step recovery platform can help those bound by anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, codependency and can even deepen a higher connection with family, friends, and your personal community at large.
