Do you want to be more accepting of yourself?
Start off by allowing yourself today to be exactly who you are. No judgment. Give yourself permission to be ok with the good and bad. You can give yourself permission to be human. Practice breathing and accepting your human experience. You can have love and compassion for yourself no-matter what thoughts and feelings you currently experience in the present moment. Become a friend to yourself, who you really are. Begin to allow yourself to be present and open to your life. Your perception and view can change. You will find that over time you are more open to the truth in your life. The struggle will melt away as you begin to allow things to be the way they are.
